Cinxan

A beautiful species found growing from 10,000-14,000 ft. in the mountains of Arunachal Praedesh, Bhutan, and S. Tibet.  The foliage is a blue-green color and somewhat round in shape.  The flowers are a lovely yellow in color and hang in bell-shaped clusters of 4-5 flowers each.  Only hardy to +5 F.  A very interesting species and one recommended for those who have the climate to grow it.
