A prostrate form of heather that will spread out horizontally or cascade down if planted on a slope. The lovely mauve flowers cover the plant from August through October on attractive grey-green foliage. The winter color is a dull bronze. One of our favorites! Found by Anne Moseley on the Lizard, Cornwall, England. Although a nurse, it was the name given to her by her sister. Winner of the Award of Garden Merit trophy. |
